Tokara Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc

This bubbly is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on Tokara’s Elgin property, a cool-climate area atop Sir Lowry’s Pass. The depth of flavour, elegance and complexity is extraordinary from spending more than five years on the yeast lees before disgorgement. The fine, consistent mousse interplays with aromas of freshly baked brioche, fresh apples and a hint of lemon blossom. Delicate bubbles explode in your mouth upon entry leaving you with mouth-filling flavours of toasted almonds, freshly buttered toast, notes of lemon and lime preserve and crisp minerality.
